Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. I had Reiki with Michelle for the first time in a long time. Reiki is quite a personal holistic therapy and it’s always tricky to find a therapist that you trust but the treatment was nothing short of amazing. I’d been feeling a little out of sorts and like I needed rebalancing. The treatment room was lovely and relaxing, Michelle made me feel at ease straight away and the treatment itself was just what I needed. I felt so relaxed straight afterwards and in the days that followed, I felt much more focused and calmer. I will most definitely be booking another reiki session really soon.

I had my first Reiki today and was surprised by how peaceful and relaxing it felt. I even saw colours during the session, which I wasn't expecting at all. It was a calming and beautiful experience. If you're looking for something to help calm your body's reaction to life's constant demands. I'd recommend trying it. Michelle, the therapist was so kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout.

My first time floating. I'd had a stressful day and a stressful journey into Birmingham, but the host immediately put me at ease and made the whole thing stress-free. Once in the tank it took me maybe 20 minutes to settle into the experience, which ultimately I found relaxing beyond measure. I lost track of time, and space. I didn't fall asleep but I did space out a bit. I tried the lights but ultimately preferred the darkness. To keep the air from getting too hot I left the lid open a little. Highly recommend everyone to try this.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
