From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The massage itself was truly transformative - it targeted my lower back pain and general aches in a way that brought real relief. What really stood out was how intuitive and knowledgeable Olivia is. She picked up on the fact that I have tight hip flexors - something I hadn’t even mentioned - and she offered helpful insight and guidance on how to manage and improve it moving forward. I walked out feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical relief and mental relaxation!

This was my fourth time seeing Olivia for a massage. She is literally the BEST, she’s super friendly and understanding. I can’t describe how much better I feel after my massage. It helps me physically, calms my anxiety and rebalances my nervous system and I don’t know what I’d do without it now! Looking forward to the next one 😍

Absolutely excellent as usual. I had the Fascia Revive Therapy this time and it was so gentle, yet so powerful. I could feel a lovely warm tingling energy flowing through my body, and I felt so peaceful and deeply relaxed. When I left I noticed that my shoulders in particular were way more relaxed than usual. It was really amazing.
