Would highly recommend, this was my first time visiting Amy for a massage due to my work I have a lot of built up stress and tension and Amy massively helped relieve some of that and giving pointers for me to help improve going forward and recommendations, already booked in for next one! Very calm and relaxing room perfect environment for treatments

As always, absolutely loved my visit to ELITE Retreat! I had a foot spa (free and part of package), Indian head massage and a dermaplaning facial. All were incredibly relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work. I was welcomed with a lush fruit smoothie and even got a lovely goodie bag to celebrate ELITE’s first birthday! Felt so pampered, thank you Nat!

Excellent technique, best facial I have had in years. I tried several in Thrapston, Kettering, Wellingborough, I will be sticking with Ruby Rose, just had my second and I have booked up to August. Lovely therapist, great customer service.

Love my massage. Always feel better physically and mentally after a treatment. Excellent treatment and feel very comfortable and relaxed on that bed. Very definitely recommend.

Had my first massage with Amy tonight. Head, neck, shoulders and back. It was really wonderful and I could have laid there all evening. So relaxing, and Amy made me feel at ease right from the start. Just has a full tranquility body massage, with an Indian head massage and a facial!! Loved every minute of it. Natalie is highly recommended and if you haven’t booked with her yet, you need to! X
