I have chronic compartment syndrome & I have been to many different sports therapist, massage therapists, chiropractors etc to manage my symptoms but none have ever been able to give me the relief that Rosie does. She’s extremely intuitive to your body and knows just the right techniques to address problematic areas, all with amazing customer service :)! I could not find anyone trained to perform sports massage in pregnancy but Rosie is specifically trained and helped me manage my pain during late pregnancy and afterwards. Could not recommend more.

Back with Rosie today for my monthly maintainance massage. This regular massage therapy really helps improve the range of movement in my neck and always eases the tension in my shoulders and back. Fabulous as always, thank you! 🤩

Rosie is an amazing holistic therapist, she is so welcoming and puts you at ease. Although also is excellent at really getting stubborn knots. I feel so much lighter! Thank you

Back for my 4 weekly appointment with Rosie! Total de-stress massage today, focusing on areas of tension, including my jaw. We finished off with lymphatic draining massage which always relieves my bloating. I feel rejuvenated!

Had a great sports massage yesterday with Rosie as part of my marathon prep. She really focused on my left hip, which has been giving me a bit of trouble, and I can already feel the difference. Feeling much looser and more confident going into my next runs. Highly recommend if you’re training and need to stay on top of those niggles! Lovely person as well :)
