Had another great session today with Mark. Something a bit different this time. Having had a bit of a tough month with illness, he suggested trying Craniosacral Therapy to help relax me and give my nervous system a boost. I feel great after it and will be looking to add some of these sessions alongside my physio in future. Thanks again :)

The therapist knew my previous history from past physio sessions, which I thought was very good. The lady explained everything she was going to do and made me feel very relaxed. Would highly recommend so good for getting rid of your tension.

Reception staff Friendly and helpful. Mark friendly, puts you at ease to dispel any nerves. He is professional and is able to diagnose the problem area and treat accordingly with physio. Visit worthwhile. Would recommend.

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

I have just attended for my 3rd craniosacral therapy with Janet. I find this an extraordinary therapy, which isn't about words ( I often find professionals glaze over when you want to discuss pain/ how you feel), instead its about gentle touch which tunes into and listens to the body. While I have found all sessions incredibly relaxing, each has brought different experiences in sensation, temperature, movement, breathing and emotion. While I cannot explain this therapy I do believe I benefit so much from it due to the positive therapuetic relationship between myself and Janet. Thank you

Great session. I've had around 2 months of physio with Mark now and I haven't had a bad episode with my back in this time. I'm managing to do more and suffer less (housework, DIY, cardio). I can feel the exercises strengthening my back, it's the best it's felt in years. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I have seen Janet for craniosacral therapy and both times I have been incredibly impressed! She has a calm, gentle manner, is very knowledgable and professional. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the therapy but have been amazed by how Janet can read my body, identifying issues from the past which I had thought I’d dealt with as well as my current issue. Both times I have been left so relaxed!I can’t explain it , but for anyone curious about trying it I would recommend it 100%, especially with Janet! I told her today she has ‘ magic hands!’

Yet again Jodie was very professional in what she does.She explained everything in detail and carried out more exercises on my hamstring and calf. The deep massage was very therapeutic and soothing.(getting to the exact spot where the problem is)She offered me good advice to carry on with rehabilitation exercises and heat and ice therapy at home pending my next appointment.

I’ve been having physio and craniosacral therapy with Mark and attending Pilates at Taylored Fit Physio after being injured in a car accident. The minute I walked through the door I received a friendly, warm welcome and knew I was safe hands. The team here are well qualified, professional and true experts in the services they offer. I highly recommend Taylored Fit Physio and I credit so much of my accident recovery to the treatments that I’ve received here.

I just love my massage therapy. Afterwards, I really feel so refreshed and energised. I highly recommend Taylored Physio. Brilliant.

10/10!! I’ve been seeing Vicky for a few years now for physio and craniosacral therapy (as an active runner and gym goer I have a lot of niggles that need maintaining)… Vicky is always so welcoming, and I always feel the benefits after one of her sessions. Would highly recommend!

I very much enjoyed my visit to the clinic and felt the session went well. I found my therapist Mark to be sensitive and caring, and the therapy itself felt like there was already some benefit via relaxation.

I've visited Jason on several occasions for sports massage and I intend to do so regularly as part of my recovery strategy. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and has an uncanny ability to find sore points/restrictions I was unaware of despite thinking I was clued-up on this stuff! Foam roller, therapy balls etc are all well and good, but they're nowhere near as good as a competent manual therapist, and Jason is certainly a very competent manual therapist. I'd recommend him unreservedly.

Excellent service as always…tried acupuncture this time and it has been amazing so far. I am looking forward to seeing how it can support my rehab after another couple of sessions. Would highly recommend Nathan as he goes over and above to ensure you are getting the best treatment he can offer 👍
