I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

Had another great session today with Mark. Something a bit different this time. Having had a bit of a tough month with illness, he suggested trying Craniosacral Therapy to help relax me and give my nervous system a boost. I feel great after it and will be looking to add some of these sessions alongside my physio in future. Thanks again :)

I have just attended for my 3rd craniosacral therapy with Janet. I find this an extraordinary therapy, which isn't about words ( I often find professionals glaze over when you want to discuss pain/ how you feel), instead its about gentle touch which tunes into and listens to the body. While I have found all sessions incredibly relaxing, each has brought different experiences in sensation, temperature, movement, breathing and emotion. While I cannot explain this therapy I do believe I benefit so much from it due to the positive therapuetic relationship between myself and Janet. Thank you

This is the 2nd time I have seen Janet for craniosacral therapy and both times I have been incredibly impressed! She has a calm, gentle manner, is very knowledgable and professional. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the therapy but have been amazed by how Janet can read my body, identifying issues from the past which I had thought I’d dealt with as well as my current issue. Both times I have been left so relaxed!I can’t explain it , but for anyone curious about trying it I would recommend it 100%, especially with Janet! I told her today she has ‘ magic hands!’

Vicky is such a warm, empathetic and intuitive practitioner. I see her regularly for craniosacral therapy. I think she understands my body more than I do and she knows what I need to help me to be as well as I can be whilst living with chronic illness. I went in to my treatment yesterday a broken woman and came out feeling almost human again. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was recommended Vicky by my sister who rated her highly. I have carried a lot of tension and stress in my muscles for such a long time and have aches in my shoulder and back and suffer from tension headaches. As soon as I met Vicky I loved her Instantly she is such a warm and friendly person and she made me relax straight away. The craniosacral therapy I had was amazing. It didn’t hurt, and felt very warm and relaxing. It felt like she literally melted all my tension away and I came out of that session like a wobbly piece of jelly and felt high on life! I’ve rebooked for more. Thank you!!!

Once again I can only praise Jodie for what she has done for me.My physical issue is still not fully resolved and I know it will take time.I will need further physio and have booked an acupuncture session..but not available till November..in the hope it may quicken or resolve the ongoing pain in my left leg.

Once again Jodie was very professional in what she does.She infomed me that my condition was improving with exercises,ice and heat therapy and commenced ultrasound therapy to promote healing process.Arranged further review in 2 weeks.

Yet again Jodie was very professional in what she does.She explained everything in detail and carried out more exercises on my hamstring and calf. The deep massage was very therapeutic and soothing.(getting to the exact spot where the problem is)She offered me good advice to carry on with rehabilitation exercises and heat and ice therapy at home pending my next appointment.

Another successful appt - I’m always pleased to go since I hurt my hip area over a month ago I can honestly say that Taylored fit has been the key to sorting out my problem I’m continuing to improve with therapy

I recieved Cranio-Sacral Therapy from Vicky this morning for some complex trauma-related health issues. I was anxious about attending as I didn't know what to expect. Vicky talked me through exactly what she was going to do, encouraged me to relax into my body and was always checking in with me and put me at ease throughput the treatment. It's been a few hours since recieving CST and My heart rate is calm and feeling lighter, out of fight, flight and freeze response. Vicky has a wealth of knowledge of the mind-body response mechanisms and it was easier to have trust and feel safe with her xxx
