First session with Lewis at Peak Performance Clinic was brilliant. Very professional, clearly knows exactly what he’s doing… although I’m fairly sure he took great enjoyment in watching me suffer face-down on the treatment table while working through months of tight back muscles and knots 😅😂 Jokes aside, we got on really well, he was spot on throughout, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a new man. Absolute wizard with tight muscles — painful at the time, but worth every second 👏 Highly recommend Peak Performance Clinic!

Very impressed with Cameron. He clearly knows his stuff and asked pertinent and insightful questions to understand the issue. A physical exam highlighted the exact issue and allowed him to make a diagnosis. He’s left me with a structured exercise plan and we will review the improvement or otherwise over the coming sessions. Definitely recommended.

I’ve had issues with my back for a long time! Molly has been amazing right from the start… assessment, treatment and then add on exercises to follow through at home. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Physio!

Another wonderful physio session. The improvement of my injury has been great thanks to the exercises Molly has set for me over the past few months and her ability to detect and target my problem areas.

It’s been nine weeks since my injury and with Molly’s support and expertise I’m continuing to make a good recovery. Each appointment starts with a review of my progress, a thorough examination followed by physio. Love the PhysiApp ( Molly adjusts the exercises at each appointment to ensure my progress) Really pleased, and relieved to be on the mend!
