Friendly and professional. Was exactly what I needed. Josh diagnosed the issue with my shoulder/neck, relieved the pain and gave easy to follow advice for the future. Would happily return if I needed further help and would happily recommend.

Claire is excellent. Not only does she do a great massage but she has great expertise and knowledge in what she does. I’ve used her for injury rehabilitation, pregnancy support and also migraine support. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Anthony is a superb physio, thoroughly explains injury and treatment plan. Really knowledgeable on sports so was able to consider treatment relevant to particular sport. We have finished treatment now, and left with thorough rehab and exercise plan to minimize future injury risk.

Always a great massage, highly recommend monthly visit for regular maintenance post exercise but also to sort out the occasional niggles from every day life. The monthly subscription really works for me and ensures I keep up with the self care and prevent any flair ups of back issues.

Claire is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and helped to relieve my shoulder pain in just a few sessions. She gave me some rehab exercises to do which specifically targeted the issue and really made a big difference. She was also happy to share her knowledge and wisdom with me - providing insight into possible causes and things to practice going forwards - which was very much valued and appreciated. I'm now strength training again without discomfort and feel great, thanks to Claire! Highly Recommended.

Following collarbone and wrist break a year ago, I attended numerous physio sessions over the past year with Josh who helped restore mobility and strength in damaged shoulder & wrist, and then assist with strengthening rotator cuff of the other one too. I'm much more balanced now, and fully regained strength. Couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend. Thanks!
