I've had monthly treatments now for over three years to maintain my back that had bothered me for several years due to work and can honestly say that am pain free and able to do all physical activity.........can't recommend highly enough 👍

The Sound Therapy Evening was the most soothing and relaxing experience and one I’m very keen to repeat. Gabriel’s expertise was very apparent as he produced a huge variety of vibrational sounds from his instruments. I really enjoyed the evening and definitely felt the benefits almost immediately. I highly recommend the Rejuvenation therapy. I find this a most therapeutic treatment - a top to toe combination of foot, back and facial massage with particular attention to pressure points, relieves tension and aching muscles. Emma is always warm, welcoming and extremely professional.

Colette (CLBT) is Fantastic at her job & never fails to fix my often broken/abused body, almost all of my appointments have been last min emergency’s caused from either work related injury’s or through sport & CLBT have always found a way to accommodate me last minute to address my needs, on top of being great at fixing aches & pains the environment created from CLBT really helps to relax & revive your body & mind it’s always a pleasant & uplifting experience physically & mentally, I would highly recommend the services that are offered.
