Very professional sports massage conducted by Sarah today, utilising trigger point therapy alongside passive awareness of informative stretches to help use/develop my own knowledge during my regular fitness training. This was the second treatment/session with Sarah after coming to Align Therapy last year after numerous high recommendations. Sarah is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and helps each and every one of her clients at Align Therapy. Thank you again and highly recommend Align Therapy to all.

Excellent all way through the treatment

This was my first visit to Little Moon Therapy and I cannot wait to go again. Emma is such a kind and beautiful soul who I felt very felt comfortable with she is very professional and an excellent therapist. I had a facial and a heated foot treatment, wow I feel amazing. I will definitely be booking again very soon.

Emma truly is the kindest soul; I joked that our session was like getting therapy and eyebrows done in one! But I’ve been going through a lot recently and she listened without judgement! My eyebrows are gorgeous too, of course 😂🥰 my first time coming to Emma and I already can’t wait to book in again!

Can not rate Little Moon Therapy enough. Emma is such a beautiful soul and fills me with such positive energy everytime I visit. I have my lashes done and I totally love, love, love them!!! They always look fantastic and I get so many amazing comments on how great they look. This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. I will definitely be visiting Sarah often. She's part of my kick boxing journey now. The best sports therapy and holistic session I've ever had. I feel totally relaxed and pain free.
