Another great massage at Align. Sarah listens and alters the session to accommodate whatever is needed. Her advice and guidance with exercises etc is helping too. I’m just my own worst enemy at not doing them enough!

I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Her massages are incredible, she combines her skills & knowledge to create the perfect treatment & even gives me exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments, which has really helped! I always feel renewed and relaxed afterwards - highly recommend!

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. I will definitely be visiting Sarah often. She's part of my kick boxing journey now. The best sports therapy and holistic session I've ever had. I feel totally relaxed and pain free.

This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏

A friendly, informative and lengthy consultation. I felt comfortable from start to finish with my very first acupuncture treatment. Everything was explained well with different treatment options mentioned. Hopefully I will have some positive outcomes to the treatment .

David was as good as the first time i went to see him. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who's suffering with aches and pains. He definitely knows his onions that's for sure! I've rebooked again for next week as soon as I got there. He's amazing and a lovely man too!

So happy that i had a recommendation for this. Oh my word, I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. I was told that David was very good and he is. For the first time in i can't remember when I had 7 hours sleep! I've already booked again for next week and I'll keep on going. I know that it's NOT a quick fix but just being able to sleep was amazing! Hopefully in time I'll be able to walk without being in agony
