I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

I found D’s contact from Google search back in 2020. Ever since my first visit, seeing her amazing work, I knew I would not have to look around to find someone anymore. I have followed her where ever she moved and I would not trust anyone else but D for my lash and eye brows. She is professional , highly skilled and an amazing person and she knows her work very well. She takes time to understand my eyes and brows shape and would refill /tint accordingly. I wish her all the best and hope she continues her amazing career work . Thanks D ♥️♥️

First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

I had the best lash experience with Marianna. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. She assessed my eye shape and lash length, and asked me what type of lift I wanted. To make sure we were both on the same page, she showed me a photo reference of someone who had a similar lash length to me before starting. She suggested using a Botox treatment to make my lashes appear thicker (who wouldn’t want that?!), and I happily agreed. Marianna worked with care and the results speak for themselves. I’m obsessed with my lashes!!

Okay, I have to hype up Alessia because she is truly that girl when it comes to brows!! I’ve tried a few different places before, but once I found her, that was it I’ve been going back ever since. Her studio is adorable, super clean, and just gives cozy vibes, but honestly it’s her personality that makes the experience even better. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. And her work… WOW. I have never met anyone who can shape brows like her. She takes her time, gets every detail perfect. My face always looks lifted from her brow service!! I walk out feeling so pretty everytime 💖

Pree was amazing so knowledgeable and gentle, kind and caring, I’m from London & am very picky with who does my eyebrow threading. She was fantastic, I also had upper lip done, would highly recommend this salon and 100% would visit again, I found her through google - GREAT SERVICE AND BEAUTICIAN

My first visit to Dragonfly Aesthetics with Abbey was wonderful. Abbey was a friendly, highly skilled, and professional therapist who immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable both before and during my appointment, and carefully talked me through what I wanted to achieve with my lashes. Alka did an amazing job with my brows which I had tinted and threaded. It was quick and painless, and she had me check them several times and ask if I was okay with them – not at the end like I’ve experienced with other places. She also gave me some rosemary, castor and coconut oil to put on my brows too to help with growth. I’m so happy to have found a new brow place after years of not being able to find somewhere I’m happy with.
