Had my first treatment today and I'm over the moon with how amazing it was! I have come out feeling so relaxed and like my stress has melted away. I had the dry scalp head massage and Alice was brilliant. Used different tools with expert hands, and it was just the right pressure for me. Very ASMR and I feel like I'm walking on clouds now. Highly recommend and I will be back!

All the tools that Lauren used were gorgeous to experience & on trend. I would say it was an equivalent to a dry head spa. Lauren is lovely & made me feel at ease throughout. I had the most amazing experience at Called by Grace in Bryanston (Sandton). The Japanese head spa treatment was absolutely heavenly. Deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The space is calm and welcoming, the therapist was gentle yet thorough, and every step of the treatment felt intentional and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and honestly lighter My scalp and head have never felt this good. This was, PHENOMENAL. Holy moly, you dont realise how much stress and tension is in your scalp. Hannah is amazing!! I had the most relaxing experience at Lift your soul head spa. I booked a Premium Head Spa to relieve some tension and it exceeded my expectations. The session included a Signature Head Spa, cool scalp scrub treatment, steaming hair mask treatment,arm,hand neck and shoulder massage,hot towel.The ambiance was incredibly calming, soft music, dim lighting, and a spotless space made it easy to unwind. The Zen Den Head Spa is pure magic! The vibe is cozy, atmosphere spanking clean, scalp massages are heavenly, and I walked out feeling like my brain got a first-class vacation. I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve always wanted to try a head spa and I was so excited when I saw one pop up in Poynton! The only downside for me is that it ended! I really enjoyed my experience and it helped me let go of a lot of tension and stress - I didn’t realise how much I needed it to be honest. My skin is glowing and my scalp feels free of tension and super clean too. I’d definitely visit again!

Wow. I have no words. It was my first time at a head spa and it was an unbelievable experience. Vicky is the sweetest ever! I went with the deep clean scalp/face massage. I hold a lot of tension in my jaw/neck and she really took her time massaging it all out. I didn’t want the 60 min to be up I was so relaxed from start to finish and left with a very clean scalp. I can’t wait to book my next session.

Just had a facial with bethan this morning first of all it's not just a facial it's a complete luxury. Bethan welcomes you in and creates a really comfortable atmosphere as soon as treatment begins it's a hour on you your time to relax maybe. Sleep. Another relaxing treat is as part of this treatment a shoulder head and neck massage definitely its worth it bethan applied adequate pressure to ease out my stress and tension in my neck will I be back absolutely without a shadow of a doubt.
