One of the most relaxing experiences of our holiday in Bali! The Ayurvedic Head Spa Ritual was absolutely wonderful. It was deeply relaxing, left our scalp and hair feeling incredibly clean, and felt like a true moment of self-care and indulgence. Ayu Chandra was so kind and welcoming. She had exactly the right touch during the massage—firm when needed, yet incredibly soothing—and made us feel completely at ease. To finish the treatment, she blow-dried both my daughter's hair and mine beautifully, which was such a lovely extra touch. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and thoroughly pampered.

The absolute best experience. We did a group of 5 for my sisters birthday and as we all came out after our Japanese Head Spa we all could not stop saying how amazing that was and how we have never experienced something like that before. This is an absolute must if you’re in Bali, the staff were so beautiful, welcoming and professional. We even rebooked further treatments.

It was a beautiful session with Dian. I did a chi nei tsang and head massage. The cnt helped to get rid of gas and water retention on my tummy. Absolutely loved it. Would return the next time I come back to Bali

The Japanese head spa was amazing so far the best beauty/ massage service I’ve had in Bali and as a hairdresser myself it’s good to see they use good products here. Would highly recommend, it was super relaxing and my hair felt great afterwards!

I had a pregnancy massage (currently 5 months pregnant) along with glow boost facial, and it was truly 2hrs of pure bliss! The massage therapist Atik did an amazing job at getting the tension out of my shoulders. The whole massage was very relaxing along with the facial treatments, my skin felt great afterwards. I went with a group of 4 other people who got Balinese massages and used the sauna and cold plunge pool, and we all agreed the massages were great quality and best ones we had. I booked a massage the second i arrive to Bali after travelling for long and it was amazing. The booking was super easy, the service amazing, the girl at the desk (i forgot the name, sorry!) was so lovely and we talked while I had a drink as well. The massage is very relaxing and in a cute place. I would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten 4 unterschiedliche Massagen und jede war super! Die Chefin und das Personal sind extrem freundlich und die Location ist super gepflegt. Man spürt die Freundlichkeit im Vordergrund und nicht den Willen ein Geschäft machen zu wollen. Wenn wir wieder nach Bali kommen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder 👍🏼

Great ambience and one that I’d return to out of many spas I’ve visited in Bali. Great team! The receptionist is a gem; very polite and excellent customer service. Not a deal but I think it’d go a long way if you offer a slipper if I’m to leave the shoes/flip-flop outside; the floor is cold inside and it feels rather uncomfortable to walk barefoot on tiles, especially after the treatment; perhaps something to consider. I had the 90-minute Balinese massage with Bu Suma, and it was an amazing experience. My body felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Today is my last day in Bali and I have a late night flight, so it was the perfect way to end my trip. I also really appreciated being able to take a shower after the massage before heading to the airport. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, right on the main road with easy access. Highly recommended, and thank you, Bu Suma, for such a wonderful massage!

We loved staying at Ubud Aura which is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They have great breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean. We got good hot showers and a quiet night with lots of rest. The massages were wonderful, Sanur and Ayu were fantastic! We definitely recommend you stay here and we will definitely do so if we come back to Bali.

I found this place by recommendation of my family who had been to Bali. They were very impressive, and even they still remember their massages to this day. There's nothing more I can say, I highly recommend this place if you have any problems with your body. My back pain has gotten much better.
