Although I thought I had booked an abyanga, I was surprised by this different Ayurvedic massage, with stretches and deep tissue work. Kevin was very professional, sensitive and adapted the massage beautifully to me, to adapt it to my needs. I felt deeply relaxed. The music is wonderful and the floor mat comfortable. A real pleasure.

Had a 3 hour session with Claudia. I have been struggling with back pain and had An Ayurvedic massage which was out of this world. I’m sure I fell asleep. Most relaxed Iv been in months. Then Reiki to restore balance to the chakras and red light therapy. Truly magical my body says thank you 💜🩵

I’ve had many massages, and the Ayurvedic massage with Mia felt really special. The consultation was thoughtful and thorough, and she held the space with such calm presence and care. I found the experience deeply relaxing, while also easing tension I’d been holding in my neck, shoulders, back, and lower back. I left feeling calm and lighter. Would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to booking my next treatment with Mia.

Had an amazing 2 hr session with Helen today, no length of time is ever long enough! Helen's knowledge is second to non, I don't have to tell her where I hurt, she is experienced enough to know by touch. She spends time working on areas where there's pain and I always leave feeling I've had a good reset. Today was a little different, Helen was using me for some practise work which was good to be a part of. Ayurvedic massage and the different approach to massage really leaves you feeling relaxed. I'd recommend Helen without any hesitation.

Had an Ayurvedic massage with Claire. She was great, explaining all that I needed to know about the format of the massage which was different to other massages I had previously. I certainly felt great afterwards. I had some stiffness in my QL ( back area) which seemed to dicipate once I had the massage... Claire was very firm but managed to put me into some challenging positions all of which helped my back and overall stiffness I would definitely recommend Claire. I have nicknamed Lorena “Hands of steel”! She might be little, yet amazing at delivering Ayurvedic massage, I wished I went for the 90 mins! It is a breath of fresh air to have someone so good at it here in Brighton, having experienced massages all over the world. Helene's ayurvedic massage is one of the best I've experienced so far! The liberal amounts of warm oil poured on the body feels very relaxing. I took the 90 mins massage and it includes the head, face, feet and stomach too.
