Tina and Hannah were amazing! They were so kind, always making sure we were comfortable. Each time Hannah was going to do something, she explained what she was about to. The massages were incredible, and their attention to detail was above and beyond! I'm only visiting from Seattle—but if I ever come back to SJ, I would revisit them again! The best head spa experience I've ever had.

This is the second time I’ve been to Silky Head Spa. And it was just as amazing as the first time. They are sweet, and just want to make you feel refreshed by the end of it. I recommend and will definitely be making another appointment. My shampoo specialist was Han and she was so kind to make sure the pressure, the water temperature everything was to my liking. Shes wonderful.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

I had the Classic hair bath and the full back neck and shoulder massage. It was fantastic! The massage and the scalp massage were very relaxing. I loved the product Courtney put on my scalp before the blow dry. I felt so refreshed! 10/10, I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved my visit to the spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by providing snacks, tea, and more, making for a truly pampered experience. The environment was cozy and welcoming, which set the perfect tone for relaxation. A special shout-out to the massage therapist who was exceptionally professional and skilled. My daughter got me a gift certificate, and I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jen's head spa definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I brought my friend for her birthday and we got the 90 minute Jen's special with the facial. The experience was absolutely amazing beginning with the scalp assessment, a back massage including some hot stones, then the neck and scalp treatment with the facial, finishing with the foot soak and blow dry. We were relaxed and glowing when we left, and already planning our next visit. Tina and Lina were amazing therapist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

jen head spa is sooo worth it. linda did my service and she was AMAZING! i got the classic head spa for 35min for $79 (paid $66 because they had a sale). it felt so luxurious for the most basic/simple package. head spa and massages were amazing!! ended with red light & blow dry!

Wonderful experience at the Jen Head Spa. My technician, Linda gave an excellent scalp, neck and shoulder massage. My scalp is super dry, so the treatment felt great. They also do a before and after assessment with a magnifying camera on an iPad so you can truly see (and feel) the difference. Will be adding the Jen head Spa to my self care regimen.

The experience was nothing short of magical. Me and my wife had the 90 minutes of 'signature' massage and it was fantastic. So relaxing, so calming. The back, the shoulders, the neck are like new now. I've never experienced anything like this on my face - it was massaged with different oils, it was washed, massaged again, washed again, I had a warm mask on my eyes, while my head and face were treated royally, then my had was washed the way I had no idea is even possible. Amazing experience

My husband and I went to Head Spa for a couples experience called Couples Serenity Experience. Each guest alternates sessions and enjoys a Ayurvedic Scalp Treatment, while the other receives a 30/60 minute back/shoulder massage along with a private sauna session. I booked this service for my husbands birthday and he loved it! What would have made this experience better is more privacy between the services. There were a few times when a person would poke their head into the room during my service. I think there needs to be a more effective form of communication between the providers.

I went for the Royal Serenity Scalp Treatment Package and it was great. Honestly, the best part was the back massage (which you start with) 10/10. She deep cleaned and masked my hair/head - it was so relaxed and clean when I left. Tips: +The room is nice and cool, so wear socks if you get cold feet like I do. +If you wear contacts, make sure to bring something so you can take them out during the treatment. +If you have any skin concerns or sensitivities, make sure you articulate them at the very beginning, once you start, you'll be so relaxed you might forget to bring them up!

I had an AMAZING experience here. Courtney is so good at what she does, she targets whatever issue it is you want addressed. She also recommends products according to our target issue as well. The atmosphere is very calming and I almost immediately fell asleep during my session. She gives amazing massages as well. Another thing I wanted to appreciate was the fact that Courtney was very understanding when I told her that I had a gift card that unfortunately expired a few weeks ago. She made no issues and was able to use it despite being expired, for which I am thankful! 10/10 recommend!

I was welcomed warmly with offer of water and snacks. I got their package for the head spa & facial. Started with a foot soak and then you change in the room . You get a back and neck massage , mask for the hand and paraffin for the feet. Facial followed by the head spa. Truly a pampering experience. Loved it . Will return for sure .

I came here on a Saturday with my mom to get two head spa treatments for both of us. My mom got the Ayurvedic Shiro-lepa treatment and I got the 60 Min Serenity Scalp Treatment/ Head Acupressure. The experience was really relaxing and our hair came out so shiny, smooth, and soft! Prior to the treatment, both our scalps had build up. After treatment, our scalps were refreshed and clean. Overall, I think we would come back and recommend the treatment to family and friends. Thanks Courtney!
