I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands.
