Neck and shoulder massage was great! I enjoyed the head massage especially with the small apparatus. However I would have liked a more tension scalp massage. I felt there was a lot of scratching while shampooing and using conditioner. Perhaps slower motions and not too fast so that it is more relaxing.

Amazing experience for my first time. I was so relaxed and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Zoe did an amazing job. She showed me before and after pictures of my hair and scalp as well after the herbal head spa treatment I got. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻🫶🏻 she also surprised me with a happy birthday sign as well. 🥹

I just had a wonderful experience getting the Zombie facial and head spa. I wanted to treat myself as Mom and business owner and did not leave disappointed. It was very relaxing and you can tailor it to your focus points. At the end they do photos of your scalp so you can see how it looks and I was offered advice for my dry scalp. I wish I could do this monthly. Definitely a treat.

First time trying the Japanese Head Spa here and I loved it! The Zen Senses Headspa was so relaxing, safe, and restorative. My technician was attentive, always checking if the pressure and temperature were good. The combination of scalp, neck, and shoulder massage with the herbal steam and hydrating treatments left me feeling renewed. I might choose this over full body massages from now on. Just be aware they only have one bathroom and no space to do hair or makeup afterward, so plan ahead. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my first experience at the Elite Head Spa! I got the diamond package for head spa services. It felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely return in the near future which I think would help with the areas in my scalp that are dry. I really enjoyed the shoulder massage, facial cleansing, and hair/scalp treatment!

Vivian did such a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to express my needs/wants and comfort level. I almost feel asleep 😴 during my head spa treatment. I got the Diamond treatment and my scalp feels amazing. I felt pure relaxation. I am the type of person who doesn’t like engaging in small talk conversations during any spa sessions; Vivian was very considerate of that. We were able to have a small conversation once the session was finished. It was truly a wonderful sensory experience for me 10/10 🤗.

I came to Elite before my vacation and recently returned for a fill. As an introvert, I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere where I can enjoy my appointment without feeling pressured to make small talk. After a bad experience at another salon that left my eyes irritated for days, Emma completely restored my trust. i was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the warm greeting i received, however i was concerned about being the only ones there at the time so I couldnt feel totally relaxed for safety reasons. I was hoping for a more spa experience as far as smells, quietness as everything was more cheap perfume fragrance and I heard double music. I was also looking for more headspa experience with more relaxing head massage and water massage. The technician was very sweet and respectful of my time and non speaking which I requested.
