It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. My experience at Gili Head Spa was a 10/10! I had never been to a head spa before so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Everything exceeded what I thought it could be. The ingredients used were high-quality, natural and clearly thoughtfully chosen. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. Maciel was very kind and attentive as she walked me through each step. It felt very indulgent and healthy for my hair and scalp in the best ways. I will definitely be back!

Thank you for a perfect night. The space was so beautiful and calming. The scalp analysis was very insightful. I appreciate the aromatherapy and being able to choose my own blend. Massage pressure and temperature were perfect. Tea and snacks were tasty! We will be back!
