My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I had a full body hot stone massage with Katie. Katie has a lovely air about her and just made me feel at ease from the minute I met her. She asked about pressure and didn’t make an issue that I do like a firm massage like other places I’ve been have. She also asked if I wanted scalp massage, I don’t like my scalp touched so it was refreshing to be asked rather than people just do it. The pressure was perfect, she continually checked with me. Can’t believe all the knots she got out of my back and shoulders, I can feel tension has reduced. I will definitely be back!

Fabulous as always. Manan more than just a masseuse gets rid of stress from the body! Complements to the owners too. The little touches like warmed beds, soft lighting, relaxing music without words and above all the very accessible prices for 90 minute pampers are very much appreciated

Yesterday, I went to The Cabin for my monthly treatments. As always Johanna did a fantastic job. Thoroughly enjoyed having a facial, Indian head massage, hot stone back massage and pedicure. It was great just to relax and chat. A perfect way to spend the morning. Definitely recommend.

Thank you Emma that was the best facial I have ever had! The face neck, shoulders and scalp massage with warm oil, the tranquil music and dimly lit room were deeply relaxing I think I drifted to sleep. Such a calming experience and my skin feels amazing.

Today I experienced such pressure relief the techniques were so tailored to me as my back, head, shoulders& neck were insanely bad tight full with knots and the most stress! Every pressure point felt healed I could actually feel clearance, so enlightening I was visioning colours of purple lilac with clouds-black grey rising it was absolutely unbelievable indescribable in fact also at points I could see shades of blues greens yellows oranges it was absolutely incredible ! I left my healing treatment feeling rejuvenated ,completely lifted! Cannot thank you enough I really can’t!

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
