Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

Went for an Indian head massage today, it was amazing!! Lovely salon with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Had the most amazing Relax & Release Back Ritual this afternoon with a Scalp Ritual add on. I felt like I literally floated out of the salon as Ashleigh released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. Finishing off with the scalp massage too was the icing on the cake. This treatment should be on prescription! Will be rebooking very soon!

I’ve been seeing Becca for treatments for years now, and her facials and massages are truly unmatched. Her salon setting is so calm and welcoming - the perfect space to unwind. Becca always makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Every treatment feels tailored to you, and I always leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and stress-free. I started seeing Sarah in my second trimester, and she has supported me all the way through postpartum, to over a year later! She is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal care, and always adapts each session to exactly what my body needs. I love that she always has some handy tips for stretches at the end of our sessions too. I always leave feeling SO much better. She’s not only highly skilled but also funny, professional, and genuinely caring. I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.
