I had the Simply Natural Facial and scalp massage with an added on hand and arm massage and it was divine. I was immersed into a whole new level of relaxation and came away smelling divine from the beautiful essential oils used. Highly recommend and will book again soon!! I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. Really calming treatment, Lisa is lovely and friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Worth noting that the treatment doesn’t include the full scalp due to the position of the head not an issue just something I hadn’t condidered
