OUTSTANDING . I was lucky enough to receive a head and facial voucher for Mother's Day, but due to having an operation I wasn't able to use it until now. It was definitely worth the wait! Petch, the beautician, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The pressure during the treatments was spot on, and every product used smelled absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the room itself was beautifully scented, with calming music, soft lighting and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better experience. An amazing 2.5 hours of well deserved pure relaxation with Sarah today! Having a full body hot stones massage, facial, scalp massage and reflexology. Sarah discussed the session beforehand, checked any medical issues and agreed the session plan. The environment is so relaxing, warm and you feel a real sense of wellbeing when you step foot in the room, soft music and smells amazing. After treatment there is water, tea sachets and biscuits for you and you don’t feel rushed to go! Won’t leave it so long next time!! X

This was my first visit and I was booked in for a winter warmer package which included a hot stone massage, foot mask with warming booties, foot massage, a facial and head massage. These were the most wonderful treatments. I was made to feel extremely relaxed and pampered from the moment I entered this lovely treatment room. I will be returning soon!!

Very pleased with my treatment with Helen, very professional and calming nature. I had Hopi Ear Candling, which is amazing. The treatment cleared my sinuses and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Helen also does an acupressure facial to finish off the Hopi Ear candling treatment which is very beneficial and relaxing, reduced my stress levels too. I will definately be having another session with Helen.

Today I treated myself to a Spring treatment package with Helen. This included an Indian head massage, arm and hand massage and facial reflexology. I have never been so relaxed until now! By far the best massage that I have ever had. The room is beautiful with relaxing essential oils and music. Helen is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended ☺️
