Awesome relaxation massage, thank you! First time seeing Emma and I often have lower back trouble that moves its way up my spine. Knots in my shoulder blade and a desk job mean tension shifts up my neck, and then I get occipital nerve migraines that don’t go away easily. Staff was very welcoming, offered us some water on arrival. She checked in what areas I wanted to work on and tailored the massage to my needs. Jackie managed to identify troublesome areas and worked hard to tackle them. After the massage I felt symptom relief from all the tension. Their prices are competitive too. Thank you team!

I had such a wonderful relaxing experience at the Welfare Massage Centre today! The staff were incredibly friendly and I feel incredibly relaxed and with a huge amount of tension gone. The lady who gave the massage (as well as being incredibly friendly and making the experience so relaxing) gave me some excellent advice and tips for maintaining relaxation and gaining the best possible benefits of the massage in the next 24hours. Will definitely go again and would definitely recommend it!

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

Holly is incredible, I have been suffering with pain in my shoulder and neck and after chatting through my symptoms she knew exactly where to focus her efforts. I left feeling taller as some tension had lifted and I was in significantly less discomfort than I arrived in. Holly is accommodating, warm and clearly loves her job, you wouldn’t make people feel as valued and cared for as she does if she didn’t. I cannot rave about Holly enough and am so glad I met her as a therapist, she is the best.

What an amazing lymphatic and Million Dollar Facial! An hour and 10 minutes of pure heaven. Clare is a highly experienced beautician who takes client care to another level, which is exactly what you want. After the treatment, she took the time to explain my skin condition in more detail and made some excellent recommendations to help maintain my skin’s health and appearance. I’ve already booked my next appointment in five weeks’ time, and I can’t wait!
