The difference in my body over 48 hours is incredible! Came to Jen for a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue back massage - I was dubious initially about how effective the MLD massage would be but how wrong I was! I've struggled with bloating and upper back/neck/shoulder pain for a few months, as well as some fluid retention and lower back pain for a lot longer. Within 24 hours my body felt a lot less puffy and my bloating gradually subsided. The mild "niggle" I had in my left shoulder also seems to have been relieved. Thank you Jen, I will definitely be back!!

I visited Hannah for the 1st time today for lymphatic drainage massage with wood therapy. Hannah is very friendly & makes you feel right at home. I've recently had surgery so felt I was carrying a lot of fluid particularly in my legs. The treatment was lovely & included a head/face massage. I'd definitely recommend Hannah 100%

She didn’t just focus on the treatment I booked — she found other problem areas I didn’t even realise were causing issues and worked through them all before I left. I walked out feeling so much better, lighter, and less tense. You can really tell she cares about helping people properly rather than rushing through appointments. Mia is amazing 👏 she makes time ro answer any questions, explains the treatment in depth, recommended diet lifestyle changes and supplements to help my conditions. Nothing was rushed, the treatment was absolutely 💯 blissful! I have had many massages but this one was the best by far. I slept the best i have in a long time, feel less heavy and puffy. Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

Very relaxing experience and also very true to the Manual lymphatic drainage massage. Other MLD massages I have had does not tap into all the individual lymph nodes as I have experienced today. Would highly recommend.

Kathryn is an excellent therapist in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) cnd other therapeutic treatments, highly qualified and experienced and deeply committed to her clients health and well-being. My consultant rheumatologist recommended MLD therapy to treat very considerable swelling in my right leg caused by fluid build-up following three surgeries in my knee. I chose Kathryn and after just three sessions of MLD therapy and a compression aid the swelling has almost completely disappeared. I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Grace today and it was amazing. I’ve never usually been someone who enjoys massages and often find myself tensing up, but Grace made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She has such a calming presence and the most relaxing voice. The massage itself was incredible – so much so that I think I even nodded off! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and lighter. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage post-op and it was honestly amazing. I felt so light afterwards, like a huge amount of pressure had been lifted from my body. As soon as I stood up, I genuinely felt like I was floating. The treatment itself was really gentle but incredibly effective, you can feel it working without any discomfort. It’s made such a difference to any swelling and overall comfort. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much more mobile. WOW. I had a Lymphatic Drainage massage + Wood Therapy last night with Alexia and I am soooo impressed. The appointment was amazing from start to finish - from the fluffiness of the robe, the calmness of the treatment space to relaxation room afterwards. I had a lymphatic drainage massage yesterday, which was sometimes uncomfortable (but not painful) as I get swollen legs and ankles. I left feeling like I'd been battered 😂 but I knew it was effective as I could feel my legs were much lighter. Today most of the fluid build up round my ankles has gone and my shoulders don't feel tense anymore, so I will be returning once a month to have a lymphatic drainage massage. If you are looking for a relaxing massage I would recommend getting a different one, but if you suffer with arthritis (or something similar) I would definitely recommend this.

Today I experienced one of Lucinda’s massages for the first time — a Lymphatic Drainage Massage — and it was unlike anything I expected. Sometimes what makes a treatment extraordinary isn’t only the technique, but because we realise how rarely we allow ourselves to feel completely unhurried and looked after. Lucinda creates exactly that experience. Her massage felt less like being worked on and more like being soothed. Less like being fixed and more like being cared for. I’ve been going to Sophie for treatments for a while now and she is absolutely brilliant! Mostly been for deep tissue massages on my back, not for the faint-hearted but very effective. I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Melbourne!

My 30min lymphatic drainage massage with Minori was super relaxing; she has a gentle touch like soft clouds and she accomplished all the areas I asked her to focus on within the 30mins which can feel like not enough time if you’re used to doing it for an hour. I enjoyed my session as usual at Zen Massages in St Leonards :)

Snezhana is just absolutely amazing , this is the second year I have booked courses for manual lymphatic drainage massage post surgery.
