I can’t recommend Lou at khloe Sculpt Aesthetic enough! 3 weeks post stage 4 endometriosis excision surgery, I was struggling with swelling and pain. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and after just one session my swelling reduced significantly and my pain eased far more than I expected. Lou is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She made me feel completely at ease, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping her clients recover❤️ The results after just one treatment were so impressive that I’ve already booked weekly sessions. Ali is a brilliant practitioner. Today I had a lymphatic drainage massage treatment. I had been on a long haul flight and this has helped the puffy feeling and fluid retention. A very gentle and effective treatment which left me feeling so felt so light afterwards. Amazing!

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage last week, I had incredibly swollen ankles and legs, the next morning I had lost 4lb in fluid and a further 2lb the next day. I have had this issue every year when the whether gets hot and also when I return from holidays due to the flying, I would definitely recommend this and I wish I had discovered this before

Great experience! This is my first time for lymphatic drainage and facial massage. So relaxing, and I could really feel the difference afterwards. My skin felt fresh and glowing, and I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. The therapist was lovely, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .

I haven been visiting Katrina for the last couple of years for lymphatic drainage massages. The benefits I get from these are worth every single visit. My body debloats, less fluid retention, my mind feels settled and I feel so much more refreshed and detoxed. The massages were to help me with fluid retention In my legs and the consistency of monthly visits have paid off for me. Katrina herself is absolutely amazing, genuinely loves her job and the effort she puts into the treatments is the best. She genuinely cares! She genuinely looks after you! She’s a master at her craft!

Kelly done me the most amazing lymphatic drainage on my legs today. I lack so much confidence with my legs as I suffer with lipoedema, yet from one massage, I’ve noticed such a difference already. I have less fluid around my lower leg/ankles. She was full of knowledge and was professional from start to finish. I can’t wait for my next one. I Highly recommend this treatment.

Lymphatic detox massage before going on holiday just the trick some swelling minimised by wearing compression socks, minimal swelling too during my stay. Can't recommend this treatment enough relaxing massage with great results.

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

Daffodil Spa is immaculate, lovely interior and very fr I endly and warm staff. I am on holiday in Saudi and wanted to try a lymphatic drainage treatment. I found Daffodil's online and the reviews were good so I booked. The first treatment was do good that I booked a second. On both visits my therapist was Samantha. She was able to notice the difference in the ease of movement when doing the second massage based on my exercise and reduced fluid. Samantha also provided me with suggestions on how to maintain and continue to see improvements in between treatments. See you again in October.

I’ve been having massages with Olha for many months now, and they are always amazing. This was my first experience of MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), and it was completely different from her usual massage. It was incredibly relaxing, and I slept so much better afterwards. I felt great the next day too! I’ll definitely be having MLD again and would highly recommend giving it a try with Olha. 💕

Today I was lucky enough to have a lymphatic drainage massage! It was amazing. So very relaxing and not painful at all. I'm used to very firm massages, but this was subtle, rhythmical and very relaxing. Not sure if it's the massage, but I've stepped on the scales and I'm 4lb down! I'll be coming for a massage every week if this is the reason! Lol
