This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Lovelyn was so gentle and my hair came out perfectly. I really appreciated the friendliness of the whole staff. The salon is in a very secure and quiet location and I'm happy to have found this gem in Cape Town.

Lovely Alison was such a knowledgable and excellent therapist. She took the time to work out the best treatment for me taking into account my skin type, age etc. She was friendly and warm and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Artisan Skin has such an atmosphere of peace and the reception is always polite and friendly.

As always, my experience was a 6/5! I went in with so much neck and shoulder tension, and walked out with an improved range of motion and feeling more relaxed. Tammy is warm, welcoming and knows exactly how to approach each scenario I throw at her :)

I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn

My experience with Zavana is always fantastic. Not only is she personable and easy to be around, but she is easily the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever had.
