This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Lovely Alison was such a knowledgable and excellent therapist. She took the time to work out the best treatment for me taking into account my skin type, age etc. She was friendly and warm and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Artisan Skin has such an atmosphere of peace and the reception is always polite and friendly.

As always, my experience was a 6/5! I went in with so much neck and shoulder tension, and walked out with an improved range of motion and feeling more relaxed. Tammy is warm, welcoming and knows exactly how to approach each scenario I throw at her :)

Absolutely wonderful service! Warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist and absolutely helpful over phone. Very clean facility and in a decent building. Had my first ever massage with Mellisa and I am 10000% going back! She was so professional and really good at what she does. I’ll be back soon!

Great service. Sisipho did her best to accommodate all my asks and did a great job. The addition of the curtains are really thoughtful and appreciated, especially for someone like me who wears hijab, as I need to loosen my scarf when having the wax done Tracey was amazing as always Thank you for the last minute accommodation

My experience with Zavana is always fantastic. Not only is she personable and easy to be around, but she is easily the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her knowledge of the body and her ability to read where a person holds tension is incredible and I always walk out of her practice feeling relaxed and relief.

Jazzy was attentive and intentional in her approach, focusing on my problem areas and working through my knots thoroughly. I really want to thank Pearl for doing my hair so beautifully today and for accomodating me on a Monday morning. This is to no fault of the Bedazzled team but unfortunately a mother bought what looked like her preschool child in for a wash and blow. From arrival throughout the appointment the child cried and screamed. was torture listening to this child cry and scream, I felt so sorry for the stylist and the team. It is also very inconsiderate of the mother to do this. As a mother and aunt to young children this was unbearable and the mother should not have brought her child in.

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her hands worked magic - I came in with a lot of pain and tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Kellie’s expertise, care and attention to detail were exceptional.
