I went yesterday for a head massage & today for a full body massage & both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job of being very attentive to each part of my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure, just overall being lovely - and honestly I feel incredible. I’m unfortunately leaving Norwich in the next month or so but I intend to come back as often as I can afford to before then! I can’t recommend enough 😊 (also both times had a really warm greeting from the receptionist which I think speaks a lot about a business!)

Total relaxation . Very comfortable bed. I had a facial and a scalp massage. Lovely products. I floated out of the salon and slept like a baby . Thank you Laila .

My treatment with Saskia was out of this world. I have never experienced something like that before, the Japanese Head spa was a whole new experience. I feel so relaxed from top to toe. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be rebooking another treatment. Thank you so much ☺️

It was a very relaxing start to the week! Charlotte was so lovely and accommodating. My 16 week old boy came with me and Charlotte helped ensure we were both comfortable throughout the session, including tailoring the massage when he needed a cuddle. The tension in my shoulders feels so much better. Would definitely recommend The retreat to any new mums.

I had such a wonderful deep tissue massage and add-on scalp massage with Charlotte. I felt so relaxed afterwards. the Retreat was a lovely environment and Charlotte really listened to what I needed. I’ll definitely be booking again 😊

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!
