I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I will definitely be booking a postnatal massage!

It was the most attentive, personalised treatment I’ve had! back and scalp massage, facial, and back facial. From the moment I arrived, Beth made me feel completely cared for. Every detail was intentional, relaxing, and tailored just for me. She creates a space where you feel like the only person in the world. I left feeling restored, seen, and deeply relaxed. Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Had my first visit today to Katies beautiful salon and to meet Katie for the first time for a hot stone massage. The salon is lovely, warm and cosy with pretty little touches to make your whole experience relaxing and unique. I arrived for my appointment after a 10 hour day at work Katie melted the tightness and tension i was experiencing in my muscles away from head to toe. With a lovely warm eye mask to complete the treatment it was amazing and will be certainly booking in for regular treatments! Thank you

I had a back, shoulder and neck massage. It was wonderful! I felt so relaxed and could feel my stress and tension unwinding very quickly into the massage. I would highly recommend this. I must also say it was so nice not to be rushed after the massage. I have already booked another one for next month.
