Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.

I'm so pleased to have found such a wonderful knowledgeable masseuse; kind, confident, and professional. I went in with chronic pain and have come out feeling lighter and in repair, her treatment has helped significantly. She has a wealth of knowledge and variety of disciplines, which I could feel on my 'Custom Massage', I found this incredibly relaxing but also deep enough to really aid my body to repair. The Indian Head Massage was wonderful for my occipital headaches and neck issues. I've slept better after each session too. Clean, welcoming, relaxing space, easy booking! HIGHLY recommend!

What a super relaxing facial. Trish really listened to what I said about my skin and chose products accordingly and my skin has been very good since. Head neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage in with the treatment, I didn't want it to end. Would highly recommend the whole thing
