Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.

I had a destressing hot stone massage as well as an Indian head massage. These two treatments are a perfect combo, I highly recommend them! I'm so pleased to have found such a wonderful knowledgeable masseuse; kind, confident, and professional. I went in with chronic pain and have come out feeling lighter and in repair, her treatment has helped significantly. She has a wealth of knowledge and variety of disciplines, which I could feel on my 'Custom Massage', I found this incredibly relaxing but also deep enough to really aid my body to repair. The Indian Head Massage was wonderful for my occipital headaches and neck issues. I've slept better after each session too. Clean, welcoming, relaxing space, easy booking! HIGHLY recommend!
