Thoroughly recommend Blair. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to where your pain/ stress/ discomfort. Very professional and ensures everything is going well for you. Exercises advised when required. I’m mainly maintenance now but notice if I have to miss a session and reschedule to a later date.
