I have just completed a series of 3 massage sessions for scar therapy. During this time I have experienced a reduction in tightness of the muscles adjacent to the scar, a reduction in swelling of both the scar site and the surrounding tissue and an increase in abdominal comfort (as the scar is across the abdominal area). I believe this has allowed me to progress my rehabilitation exercises quicker than I expected and will help me return to my previous fitness levels safely and speedily.

1st time visited King Thai Therapy. Welcomed by a friendly lady at reception. Payment was taken before starting treatment. Had Nubhi as my therapist and all I can say was she was absolutely amazing 👏. Had 1.5 hour relaxing massage and she focused on the areas I asked her too. Best Thai massage that I've ever had! Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Absolutely the best experience all the way around!! I truly cannot say enough about how special this place is… If I could come every week or more I would- and it’s so budget friendly that it’s actually possible to do so! Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

I had an excellent experience at Pious Therapy Centre. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean and very professional. I booked a Balinese massage, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Mimi, my therapist, was absolutely fantastic — highly skilled, attentive and very intuitive. She knew exactly how to work on my neck, shoulders and upper back, where I carry a lot of tension from long hours sitting. SB is amazing. I have issues with my upper vertebrae collapsed C1 and C2 with inflammation and arthritis. I have arthritis issues in my feet, and back. I have been a client with SB for 3+ years. Her techniques are keeping me from having to have surgery. She specializes in Soft tissue therapy/ massage, fascia work, and medical massage. I was reluctant to go to a massage therapist for my symptoms, but didn't want to be on medications or end up having surgery. She sat me down and we discussed my issues and came up with a plan. What a treat! The Udwarthanam therapy I received was nothing short of transformative. The therapist was amazing. She applied the dry herbal powder with rhythmic, upward strokes that instantly awakened my senses and activated a deep internal energy. I could literally feel stagnant energy being swept away. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, and completely re-energized. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to reset from the inside out. I will re_book again.

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.
