I have just had my first 1-1 consultation with the wonderful and inspiring Rachel. Rachel really understands what it is like to have an emotional overeating issue. That is half the battle when someone actually understands you and gets it! I look forward to my weight loss journey with the most incredible lady who has maintained her weight and looks spectacular!

Kelly is fantastic at what she does, she makes you feel welcome and confortable through the whole experience. With full explainations and doesnt proceed until you are completely happy with the look you are after. I would highly recommend House of Harper with Kelly to anyone looking a new look , some help with weight loss, or to just iron out those stubbord wrinkles. She is amazing with fantastic results .

多謝Kristen,Janice 同兩位小幫手😳原本減肥同運動一直都無咩進步，減到好頹好無方向，見你哋多好評想比最後一次機會自己試吓😖 Join左兩個禮拜，第一個星期腸胃炎成個禮拜無運動同食粥以為會完全冇分別 好番之後都有keep 住外食、慶祝飯同照食屋企飯（有時偏油），都令我原封不動的fat跌左1kg 大家都解答左我好多對飲食同運動嘅迷思 原本運動我都係亂做冇乜planning 見到個菜單好似好簡單一開始看輕左 原來做free weight單腳訓練都可以好累😂😂不過起碼我開始有番啲方向同信心繼續努力 衷心感激大家🥺🥺❣️

I just Love going to Danielle after 6 weeks for my follow up, and see my weight loss. Talk about new food ideas / meals and see how much weight I lost etc.

I came to train with May not for the selection of weights or the equipment, I came for the knowledge she has. You can't put a price on that, after one session you realise that you should have come to her years ago.

Had a really great experience at Below Zero Cryo. I'm actively addressing my weight due to medical conditions. I tried a 2hr session with T-Shock, Wonder, & Cryo Chamber. Felt very respected throughout. T-Shock was painless, like ice over one area. Wonder involved wearing a tight top and leggings, water sprayed on 5 muscle groups and electronic muscle stimulation. I controlled the intensity so it is manageable. 3min Cryo was freezing but great therapist support and music. After, felt tingly all over and given nice cup of peppermint tea. A bit tired/achy the next day. Overall-great experience.

I loved Dr. Latham. He was very thorough and took his time answering all my questions. Tracy is also awesome. Gave me some additional weight loss pointers that I sincerely appreciated. So glad I switched to Rejuvenate.

I had the privilege to workout with Marlo on the Vacustep and sauna which were energizing . She also incorporated weight and abdominal exercises.
