Parlour J is the perfect day spa. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. The girls provided the most welcoming and friendly experience. I had the massage and facial, both great but highly recommend the facial! Just devine.

Last Friday was my first visit to Parlour J Health & Beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. My full 'body scrub' was amazing & i feel very pampered by the lovely Carmen. I then enjoyed a facial which was delicate and delightful & well worth booking. Carmen then went on to map and dye my eyebrows. Can't wait to return next time I am passing through Jugiong. I thought the experiences were well priced & of a high quality. Well done on your socials. Enjoying your creativity!

The Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment was very effective. I was given an abdominal massage during the treatment which made a difference to the result. I was treated with great sensitivity and needed a lot of coaching to use the equipment properly by myself. While daunted at first, I appreciated the responsibility and it was empowering! I am still recovering and made the mistake of eating some solid food that evening, but am following the instructions now. The staff were very friendly and I felt lighter and that I will apply the practices of eating less carbs and sugar in the long term.
