Today I had the limitless elite and B12 shot and also tried the red light therapy bed for the first time, I feel great and it also feels like a giant warm cuddle the whole time your in there. I had little experience with Breathwork and found myself nervous about what to expect during the session. When I arrived, Mel was incredibly welcoming and opened her beautiful space so I felt comfortable. She explained everything that would happens or that could happen throughout the process. During the process I felt safe and ‘held’ and it went much quicker than I expected. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to do another one.

Great experience with Revive, the nurses are very well experienced with knowledgeable backgrounds to help you, they are kind and welcoming with the best treatment approach personalised to help your every need. Mel makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Great communication prior to your booking as well. Sauna was relaxing and overall a great setup. Great way to start or finish your day. Thank you on all accounts.
