She was incredibly skilled at working out the knots and made sure to check in with me throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable. Go check them out NOW!! The store is absolutely adorable. The products they sell are high quality. They have so many crystal options and such beautiful handmade items. I purchased a 90 minute massage. I’m not sure if the masseuse’s name; she was wonderful. Very attentive. Did an assessment prior. Made sure the pressure was to my preference. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time! She even spoke with me after to give me some solutions for the pain I was experiencing. 10/10 would recommend. They even have monthly memberships which seem like a steal for the quality of services provided.

I had my very first Reiki session with Sheena today and my experience was beyond words. It was nothing like I expected and Everything my mind and spirit needed. I feel a sense of peace I didn't know I was missing. I would say if you have had Reiki in the past or it's your very first time, you have to see Sheena you will be so happy you did! She is more than amazing!

My Reiki session with Sheena was amazing. She is so kind and welcoming and intuitive. The session was so healing and relaxing. She is a bright light! Walking into the Alchemy Welness space was transformative. So much love and good energy there. They store if filled with beautiful crystals and other wonderful products. Eric is amazing at finding individualized therapy/healing sessions to explore one’s subconscious and exposing behaviors that hinder people from reaching their greatest potential. He is a very gifted and intuitive healer

This is a healing place. From the metaphysical merchandise (many of it created by local vendor and artists), to the services offered (reiki, mindset coaching, massages, salt saunas and more). The classes and workshops are enlightening and uplifting. I always leave Alchemy with my cup full.
