Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Whilst the therapy was top notch, Louise is your asset. A lovely experience and I'll be back..Nothing more to say other than it's well positioned however does lack obvious parking, yet parking very nearby (paid) in front of the patisserie on the roundabout.or if you use Aldi or Lidl then you can park there for sometime.

Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Meesa has helped me out physically, by providing acupuncture, suction cup therapy and occasional massage. She helps to realign my spiritual being with my mind. She helps to recenter essence to my body. She provides counselling and offering advice and a different perspective to aid in reaching a decision. Meesa is an intelligent, resourceful person who is there to help, but is never insistent, allowing you to make your own choices of action.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. This is my go-to physical therapy location! The receptionists are friendly and efficient, the office is well maintained, and the acupuncturists and massage therapists really get to know your specific pain points.

I went to Dynamic physical therapy to my second session with DRs Marianne it was super and i will recommend her for any one who is having a stiff problems.

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.
