The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. Oksana is the goddess of beauty. Very professional, attentive, meticulous, super kind, a tireless perfectionist. My skin is amazing each time I go for anything from skin peels to facials to any other treatments nails included. I don’t know a better person for beauty in London having tried over 200 salons and having very complex skin. Reasonable on price and every product she uses is ideal. High class brands from France to Japan. I cannot thank her enough for her business. Try once and you will never go to anyone else

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. One of the best places in London- can’t recommend it enough!

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

The hair specialist at Beauty Stories recommended a treatment for my thin hair to improve its elasticity and make it stronger. I’ve been doing it for a year now, and my hair has never looked better. It’s so shiny, healthy, and deeply moisturised. I no longer have split ends, and my hair doesn’t break anymore. The ceramide and liposome treatment truly saved my hair from London’s hard water.

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. Since last year RB Clinic became my absolute go to place when I need any facial or body treatment to be done !

This was my second Wildsmith visit, and I can’t wait for my next one. I live in San Francisco, and my sister-in-law, who lives in London, told me about Katie and turned me on to Wildsmith products. I now use the shampoo, conditioner, oils, creams, and sprays. I love the scents and the feel of the products on my tricky hair and aging skin, and I consider my Liberty Wildsmith facials w Katie as one of the highlights of my twice-yearly visits.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. I can’t wait to be back in Esher, which is only a few train stops away from London, making it a convenient location for a little escape!
