The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

I visited MBL Laser & Skin Therapy today for a snoring treatment and some laser hair removal. Honestly, couldn’t be happier! The gentleman was super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, neat and professional. Shaz is absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The treatments were painless. (literally felt nothing!) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Shaz treated me with such care and attention. I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. Highly recommend. My first session with microneedling - Preeya was patient and answered all the questions prior to starting the treatment, at each stage she explained what she is about to do, checked in with me how I am feeling and the coooling balls at the end was very relaxing! This was probably the best facial I've ever had! Katie made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The facial was the perfect mix of effective skincare, expert knowledge, and techniques. Always a good experience coming in for my monthly laser treatment. Yuliia’s approach is very professional and gentle. She’s very knowledgeable to customise settings each visit, based on regrowth and how my skin is doing at that specific time, in order to optimise treatment and work with my pain threshold. She also has a way of making you feel at ease — ensuring comfort, privacy, and clear answers to all questions. I appreciate the commitment to good customer service and best outcome.
