Amazing experience - the clinic is lovely, very bright and clean. I’ve had buccal massage and gua sha/cupping with Melissa now and both were so relaxing and I felt a huge tension release after my treatments, even slept better that night! As an extra she also gave me some skincare recommendations for my hormonal acne and within a few weeks I see a huge difference. Highly recommend!

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I always have such a great experience coming in for a facial here! The room has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and Preeya is amazing at what she does. The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

I visited MBL Laser & Skin Therapy today for a snoring treatment and some laser hair removal. Honestly, couldn’t be happier! The gentleman was super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, neat and professional. Shaz is absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The treatments were painless. (literally felt nothing!) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Shaz treated me with such care and attention. I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. Highly recommend. Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It truly was a holistic experience. I usually find it hard to fully relax, but the cosy environment, soothing music, grounding scents, and Emily’s healing hands made it possible. My skin is still glowing hours later, and it’s so reassuring to know that only the best products were used. The highlights for me were the facial cupping, the gua sha, and the neck & shoulder massage (areas often overlooked in facials but so important!). Thank you, Emily, for such a wonderful treatment. My skin and I absolutely loved it!

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. I suffered from a number of conditions for many years and the improvement after a few sessions has made me very happy. THEY ARE MORE THEN GREAT.

Preeya has magic hands! I have had 2 treatments with her so far and I have come away so happy with the results. She is so knowledgeable and let's you know about each step in detail. Today's treatment was the head spa with a hair trim and I could have easily had her working her magic for longer on my scalp...total Zen. Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Katie is super friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know you and your skin concerns and tailors the facial to your needs. The massages were amazing too and made me so relaxed. Got multiple compliments on my skin from strangers after so she definitely did something right! Katie also took the time to send me a detailed list of tips and product recommendations after I asked her for advice. So nice. Can’t wait to be back! x
