I recently had my first Korean facial at The Hendon Clinic and it was such a lovely experience. The treatment was tailored to my skin, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how hydrated and radiant it looked. I always have such a great experience coming in for a facial here! The room has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and Preeya is amazing at what she does. The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

Had a great experience today. The staff truly pays attention to client needs, she saw on my form that I suffer from arthritis and recommended switching to a Swedish massage instead of deep tissue, explaining why it would be gentler and more beneficial. I felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterwards. ​The room was a bit warm in the first half because of an issue with the AC remote, but overall, the service and treatment were fantastic. Thank you.

I visited MBL Laser & Skin Therapy today for a snoring treatment and some laser hair removal. Honestly, couldn’t be happier! The gentleman was super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, neat and professional. Shaz is absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The treatments were painless. (literally felt nothing!) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Shaz treated me with such care and attention. I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. Highly recommend. Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Katie is super friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know you and your skin concerns and tailors the facial to your needs. The massages were amazing too and made me so relaxed. Got multiple compliments on my skin from strangers after so she definitely did something right! Katie also took the time to send me a detailed list of tips and product recommendations after I asked her for advice. So nice. Can’t wait to be back! x

I’ve been seeing Paris for almost two years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She’s so kind, welcoming, and professional, and every appointment is a lovely experience. She always makes me feel comfortable, checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I’m okay, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The clinic is always spotless, hygienic, and smells amazing, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. Paris is so easy to talk to that appointments often feel like catching up with a friend! I can’t recommend her enough! Best investment ever.

Yuliia is very professional, careful and gentle. She takes the time to adjust the settings based on your individual needs, carefully records the parameters and tracks what works best to achieve the results. The whole team is very helpful and flexible with appointments, and the sessions never feel rushed. Everything feels genuinely tailored to you. The price is not much different from corporate clinics offering packages and high-volume treatments, but the level of personal care is much better. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the personalised service and great results!
