Fab service as always from this gorgeous woman. Delighted with my Korean lash lift and my brow tidy. Can go on holiday now!!!! One little moan up is your arrival and how you're kept waiting on the driveway. I know you're having a treatment room built in the garden which shouldn't entail any waiting at the front door but please consider how you're going to interact with clients and make them feel welcome!!!

I really enjoyed the experience, I was greeted with a glass of prosecco on entry. The treatment was well explained and I saw results after the first treatment. I will be going back for further treatments to attain my desired whiteness.

All staff lovely treatments fantastic only down side was spa pool not working and not enough chairs / lounge chairs to fully relax around pool area luckily weather was good and we could sit outside again would be nice to have lounger beds outside and inside especially when you book for a spa day

Amazing service, as always! I had very relaxing and deep cleansing "glass skin"facial as well as lip enhancement and Im holiday ready! 😎 Kait is always patient and makes sure you are comfortable. I had such a wonderful experience, the skin specialists were really gentle and knowledgeable on the products being used. The aesthetic and ambience was super welcoming, calm and relaxing, I left the clinic with glowing & radiant skin. Absolutely loved my experience of the hydro facial and would 100% go back again.
