I went to KAW Lab for a facial and wood therapy treatment and I couldn’t ever go elsewhere now! It was my first time having wood therapy, Kim took me through the process and the treatment was excellent, she has magic hands - the results speak for themselves after just one session! Annie done my facial and it was such a relaxing experience! My skin was going through a bad patch but the facial left me glowing and my skin completely cleared up in the days after! Thank you ladies, you both made me feel so comfortable, I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again xx

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

This was my first time getting microneedling and hydrafacial done. I opted for the deep renewal and left feeling amazing. Farih addressed my skin concerns with care and tailored to my needs, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My skin is super sensitive but Farih handled it so well. Farih gave me bespoke skincare advice following my treatment. I highly recommend the service to everyone.

Everything went super quick and painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also came 20 mins early and we started early, so the appointment finished even before it should’ve even started. The location is also lovely, located in a very nice place of London. Would highly recommend!!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I have been going to Dr Hen for various treatments and she is so careful especially when handling needles... Its not easy! I tried polynucleotides and I am looking forward to seeing how my dark circles are lessened. I already know as with the first one treatment worked so well🙏🌸

Exceptional experience. Dr Lalemi was prompt, precise and made the session beautifully efficient. Despite my fear of injections, the treatment was completely comfortable thanks to his thoughtful approach. I had Polynucleotides and my skin already feels firmer and more lifted around the neck and temples. Discreet, expert and highly recommended.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Dr Diggi was so lovely - warm and knowledgeable. We talked through my skin goals and she generated a personalised routine to elevate my skincare and product options for each step. I love that I had the choice to purchase the recommended products same day as I know I would not have got round to it. Also good that I received all the info via email if I want to refer back it. Can't wait to get going with my new routine!

Tatyana is a highly professional and incredibly thorough from start to finish. She truly knows exactly what your skin needs. I went for a facial, and she tailored the entire treatment perfectly. I had a great experience with Mirimo. She is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. One thing I really appreciated is that she has a clinical background as a nurse, which is so important because facial aesthetic treatments should always be carried out by someone with the right medical knowledge. Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

Fantastic REOME lymphatic and red light facial at Liberty. The room is beautiful, warm tones, relaxing music, soft and comfortable bed. The therapist was superb, it was clear she was an expert on facials and skin. The Reome products used were luxurious and left my skin feeling so soft and looking radiant. I went and bought them at the counter immediately after and am delighted with the results at home as well. I rarely treat myself to facials or spa treatments but this was truly worth it and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after. Highly recommend to anyone interested in self care or a treat!

Been getting my lashes and brows done by T for a year and she is the best. I’ve tried many lash techs in London and no one else compares. Lashes don’t need an infill for 5 weeks and they always look amazing!

I absolutely loved my hydro facial today! It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep for a little while. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, I couldn’t believe how fresh and glowy my skin looked. My face honestly looked even better than when I arrived wearing makeup! The whole atmosphere was so calming, and it was such a lovely way to end the working week and finally take a bit of time for myself. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 💛
