Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. This was my first time getting microneedling and hydrafacial done. I opted for the deep renewal and left feeling amazing. Farih addressed my skin concerns with care and tailored to my needs, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My skin is super sensitive but Farih handled it so well. I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Everything went super quick and painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also came 20 mins early and we started early, so the appointment finished even before it should’ve even started. The location is also lovely, located in a very nice place of London. Would highly recommend!!
