I had the luxury facial with microneedling and it was completely pain-free and deeply relaxing. The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

My son had his first acne microneedling session today with Aneta, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aneta was professional, gentle, and very reassuring — she explained every step so my son felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and far less uncomfortable than he expected.Afterwards, his skin was a little red (just as Aneta explained would happen), and she gave us clear aftercare instructions to follow. It’s too early to see results yet, and we’re looking forward to continuing treatment with her — highly recommend!

I was recommended to Suz and I can honestly say I absolutely loved my facial. My skin felt so much better after. It had a lovely glow. I’m definitely booking another. My son just had his 5th teen Hydrafacial with Aneta, and he loves it every single time! His skin always looks clearer, smoother, and healthier afterwards, and he feels more confident too. Aneta is amazing—professional, kind, and she explains everything in a way that makes him feel at ease. The treatments are effective but still gentle enough for teen skin. This has become part of his routine now, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Aneta and the Hydrafacial for teenagers! P.S. Absolutely loved my second visit to this salon! Bryony is a sweetheart so warm, friendly, and really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial and eyebrow tint, and once again everything was perfect. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and deeply hydrated, and my brows were tinted beautifully, natural but well-defined. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Now my go-to spot for self-care. Highly recommend!

I brought my friend for a consultation to see the therapist Jas. My friend was most impressed with the information and knowledge that Jas has about skin care after given her a scan of her skin on her face and the recommendations of future treatments which will improve her skin. My friend is so pressed that she has cancelled a previous appointment to travel all the way from Hertfordshire to Hayes

Aneta was initially recommended to me by several clients that I teach Pilates. I have now had several treatments with Aneta myself and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Botox, amazing hydro facials and skin boosters, today I had micro-needling, my skin looks fresh and hydrated, Aneta always takes the time to explain why a treatment is beneficial and what we want to achieve. I am 58 and my skin is in the best condition it has been for years. Aneta really goes to the trouble of analysing your skin and is so informative on the different treatments that are available. Great experience ⭐️

Amazing. I have had many facials and spa treatments but this beat them all. The room, comfort, techniques, products were excellent. Suzie was very knowledgeable and gave a full run down of what would be involved and discussed my personal skincare routine and any issues before the treatment started. I came away feeling relaxed, totally pampered and my skin feeling hydrated and much improved all round.
