Excellent as always. Today Aisha took care of me from start to finish all by herself. She was very kind, attentive and knew what my hair needed - especially the 5 min hair treatment, which makes the hair so soft and detangles it, lasting a good few weeks. The blow dry at the end was superb - I have thin hair but Aisha made it look nice, full and bouncy.

Really loved my facial, my skin felt so fresh and glowy afterwards. Dee was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. She also explained my skin properly and gave me some really helpful tips on how to improve it, which I appreciated.

Recently had a 4ml filler package across my face and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Lily was absolutely amazing from start to finish,was quite nervous before my appointment but she immediately made me feel comfortable, reassured and at ease throughout the whole process. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. I am a very happy lady! My experience at flawless aesthetics was exceptional from start to finish. Sonia was recommended by my daughter for lip augmentation so I went for it and I’m so glad I did! A very professional salon and a very talented lady. Zero discomfort, perfect symmetry and no migration. Honestly it’s taken 10 years off me, so natural and I feel uber confident. The salon is stunning, spotless, beautifully decorated and a large comfy sofa in the room to sit on while I waited for my daughter to have her treatments. I really can’t wait to go back and fulfil my beauty goals 🫶🏻

Had a lovely experience - from patch test, booking, treatment and aftercare. I got a lash lift and brow lamination which i love! She listened to what I wanted and delivered. Her environment is clean and relaxing. She even gave me a pack to take home with spoolies and eye patch which was such a sweet touch to what has been a great experience! Thank you so much x

Riana listens carefully to what you want and also talks you through realistic expectations. I've had 2 treatments with Riana and both have been attentive with amazing results. I recently had the polynucleotide treatment on my under eyes, there was minimal downtime with barely any discomfort. Within 2 treatments I have seen a great improvement to my skin around the eyes, fine lines and dark circles. Thank you

I find her friendly, simple,and she explains all the necessary skincare steps until the next treatment. I had an excellent experience with Sarah and would highly recommend her. I had semi-permanent lip colour and semi-permanent eyelid makeup, and I am extremely happy with the results. As I previously got micro needling, which I can’t do during my pregnancy, I was to excited to have try out the new liquid microneedling treatment, which is pregnancy safe & has given my skin the refresh is desperately needed! With this being my second treatment of this kind, I can already notice the glow back in my skin & have my third treatment booked in for in exactly a months time! Riana talked me through the treatment step by step, and answered any questions I had before, during and after the treatment. I was worried about the pain but she was gentle and patient and put my mind at ease. She listened to each of my worries and helped me through them, letting me set my own pace. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. The pain was minimal and I would only go to Riana to get my treatments done.

Maria is excellent. Really clean, thorough, made sure I was happy and adapted to suit my requests. I’m so happy with my treatment, I got eyeliner SPMU and day 2 I absolutely love it. It looks so natural, right across the lash line. Now I’m planning what else I can have done!

This was my third time in a number of years to visit ESS Clinic in respect of skin lesions and as with the previous times, I was very happy with the service provided. I would recommend the Clinic and in cases where there may be a delay with receiving minor treatment on the NHS this is a very good alternative option. The first time I visited, it was through an NHS referral.
