We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

Taylor is the sweetest, kindest, funniest (medical wise) lady I have come across, ever! Impeccable manners, always ensures you're prepared for the treatments. The stress balls (or ovaries lol) you can squeeze really do help with the tiny scratches you feel, as areas are numbed. Love that I found Steele Skin, highly, highly recommended! This was my second visit, and I've already got the third one booked in. Im such a happy fifty year old, and I never thought I would say that! Thank you so much, im really, really happy! XX

I had a facial with Zaynab today and it was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, professional, and really took the time to adapt the treatment to my specific skincare needs. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin is glowing! I can’t thank her enough for her incredible work. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment, definitely making this a regular part of my routine!

I had the most wonderful massage and facial today, and I can’t recommend Polly enough. As a new mum, this was my first treatment since giving birth, and it was exactly what I needed. I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The massage helped release so much tension that had built up over the past few months, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and rejuvenated. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I can't wait to come back!

The lymph sculp massage was amazing. I came out feeling much lighter and brighter and my jeans that I normally have to wiggle to get on just glided over my thighs and hips! Sarah is such a thoughtful therapist, she doesn’t just follow the routine of the treatment, she adjusts according to what your body needs. I’ll definitely be returning!

This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The ambience was relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling smooth, soft, and glowing. She also recommended skincare suited to my skin and gave helpful advice on a skin concern.
