She communicated with me at every step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin. I can honestly see a glow already, and I feel much more confident after the treatment. 100/100 recommended, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, this is the place to go.

I have had anti-wrinkle injections with Hazel twice now. Both times I have felt very at ease, well looked after and received honest advice . Great results each time, I look the same just better and younger. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.! . I would highly recommend Hazel for any treatment.

I had both facial and laser treatments with Zafreen at Citrine Clinic and I’m so impressed with the whole experience. She is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere. This was my second visit for poly microneedling. The results from last time were amazing. Had loads of compliments of how glowing my skin was felt fab! Going to to look and feel even better after round 2! The studio is lovely, clean and smells divine and Shani wonderful. Make me feel comfortable immediately. The treatment is great, I've had micro needling before but never like this. You get what feels like a mini facial, she gets rid of your peachy fuzz, does the treatment then a super soothing mask. It's just ah!

The staff do a consultation before your facial treatment. The staff are friendly and polite always makes you feel relaxed and comfy. I go there for my facials and I always leave feeling like a star. My face is well done and silky smooth after each treatment. The staff cater to your needs and ensure you leave with a smile on your face. They take pride in their work always aiming to please their customers. I have started doing my lashes there and super love them. I will recommend going there for all your treatments. Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! My lash tec was brilliant very friendly and polite. She kept our conversation flowing, I am extremely happy that she took time out to find out what my lash preference are. She is well organised and has everything that she needed to do my lashes. She made sure I was comfortable and kept checking to see if I was ok. I had a B-Tox facial with Shanie and wasn't quite sure what to expect at first, but she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and what kind of results I could look forward to. The treatment itself was completely pain-free—just left a slight sunburn sensation and a bit of skin tightening, which she let me know was normal. Shanie is not only knowledgeable but also makes you feel totally at ease throughout the experience. I’m really looking forward to seeing the full results in the next few days!

Was my first time with Rebecca and visiting The Beauty of Aesthetics having a Polynucleotides treatment for eyes and neck.
