I always have such a great experience coming in for a facial here! The room has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and Preeya is amazing at what she does. The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

I have been going to Vishani for 6 months now, she is just great. She is really knowledgeable and knows treatment for all skin types and treats you accordingly. I visited MBL Laser & Skin Therapy today for a snoring treatment and some laser hair removal. Honestly, couldn’t be happier! The gentleman was super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, neat and professional. Shaz is absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The treatments were painless. (literally felt nothing!) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Shaz treated me with such care and attention. I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. Highly recommend. My first session with microneedling - Preeya was patient and answered all the questions prior to starting the treatment, at each stage she explained what she is about to do, checked in with me how I am feeling and the coooling balls at the end was very relaxing! Immediately after the session my skin looked cleaner and tighter. Looking forward to my next few sessions with Preeya :)

This was probably the best facial I've ever had! Katie made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The facial was the perfect mix of effective skincare, expert knowledge, and techniques. My skin looked amazing and felt so hydrated. The neck and shoulder massage was top-tier and totally melted away any tension I had. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for that extra bit of self-care and pampering!

Always a good experience coming in for my monthly laser treatment. Yuliia’s approach is very professional and gentle. She’s very knowledgeable to customise settings each visit, based on regrowth and how my skin is doing at that specific time, in order to optimise treatment and work with my pain threshold. She also has a way of making you feel at ease — ensuring comfort, privacy, and clear answers to all questions. I appreciate the commitment to good customer service and best outcome.

I booked a Japanese head spa and enjoyed it thoroughly. Vee was wonderful. She explained the treatment and what to expect. The treatment was excellent and extremely relaxing. Highly recommended! I will definitely be visiting again for other treatments.

A 10/10 facial!! Katie is super knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know your skin and skin needs. I love that every appt is tailored as opposed to a generic facial, and I left feeling super relaxed and skin feeling super hydrated! It's also great that Katie sends a follow up message with product recommendations so you can take care of your skin at home too. Can't wait for my next appointment :)
