Amazing experience - the clinic is lovely, very bright and clean. I’ve had buccal massage and gua sha/cupping with Melissa now and both were so relaxing and I felt a huge tension release after my treatments, even slept better that night! As an extra she also gave me some skincare recommendations for my hormonal acne and within a few weeks I see a huge difference. Highly recommend!

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I always have such a great experience coming in for a facial here! The room has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and Preeya is amazing at what she does. The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. Preeya has magic hands! I have had 2 treatments with her so far and I have come away so happy with the results. She is so knowledgeable and let's you know about each step in detail. Today's treatment was the head spa with a hair trim and I could have easily had her working her magic for longer on my scalp...total Zen. I’ve been seeing Paris for almost two years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She’s so kind, welcoming, and professional, and every appointment is a lovely experience. She always makes me feel comfortable, checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I’m okay, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The clinic is always spotless, hygienic, and smells amazing, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing.
