I went to KAW Lab for a facial and wood therapy treatment and I couldn’t ever go elsewhere now! It was my first time having wood therapy, Kim took me through the process and the treatment was excellent, she has magic hands - the results speak for themselves after just one session! Annie done my facial and it was such a relaxing experience! My skin was going through a bad patch but the facial left me glowing and my skin completely cleared up in the days after! Thank you ladies, you both made me feel so comfortable, I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again xx

Anna really is brilliant! Very knowledgable, attentive, and friendly and she really makes you feel at home. I love that the session isn't just about having a facial, or advanced treament, but is also about what's going on below the surface of the skin, and going through my lifestyle as well as my skincare routine and making any changes that might be needed. A few days after my treatment Anna also sent me a follow up email with some links to things we had spoken about, which was really helpful. Thank you Anna! Today I had a Hydrogen facial with Lauren and it was fantastic my skin was glowing after the treatment. Lauren was very friendly and I really enjoyed my time at the salon. I would highly recommend SkinTouch it’s very clean and lots of great treatments to choose from. I’ll be back!

Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

Aneta was initially recommended to me by several clients that I teach Pilates. I have now had several treatments with Aneta myself and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Botox, amazing hydro facials and skin boosters, today I had micro-needling, my skin looks fresh and hydrated, Aneta always takes the time to explain why a treatment is beneficial and what we want to achieve. I am 58 and my skin is in the best condition it has been for years. Aneta really goes to the trouble of analysing your skin and is so informative on the different treatments that are available. The service was excellent, Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable, providing excellent advice on products to use and how to care for my skin. The service was top-notch, and the results were fantastic. He took the time to consult with me on what treatment would work best, especially with my upcoming wedding in a few weeks. He put together a personalised course to get my skin wedding-ready. Highly recommend!

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Anna’s facials have been amazing in addressing my rosacea skin, which can also be sensitive. I leave with gorgeous, glowing skin that feels healthier and I also feel so relaxed from her amazing neck and shoulder massages, which form part of the facial. Amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.
