I went to KAW Lab for a facial and wood therapy treatment and I couldn’t ever go elsewhere now! It was my first time having wood therapy, Kim took me through the process and the treatment was excellent, she has magic hands - the results speak for themselves after just one session! Annie done my facial and it was such a relaxing experience! My skin was going through a bad patch but the facial left me glowing and my skin completely cleared up in the days after! Thank you ladies, you both made me feel so comfortable, I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again xx

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

This was my first time getting microneedling and hydrafacial done. I opted for the deep renewal and left feeling amazing. Farih addressed my skin concerns with care and tailored to my needs, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My skin is super sensitive but Farih handled it so well. Farih gave me bespoke skincare advice following my treatment. I highly recommend the service to everyone.

I have been going to Dr Hen for various treatments and she is so careful especially when handling needles... Its not easy! I tried polynucleotides and I am looking forward to seeing how my dark circles are lessened. I already know as with the first one treatment worked so well🙏🌸

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Dr Diggi was so lovely - warm and knowledgeable. We talked through my skin goals and she generated a personalised routine to elevate my skincare and product options for each step. I love that I had the choice to purchase the recommended products same day as I know I would not have got round to it. Also good that I received all the info via email if I want to refer back it. Can't wait to get going with my new routine!

Anna’s facials have been amazing in addressing my rosacea skin, which can also be sensitive. I leave with gorgeous, glowing skin that feels healthier and I also feel so relaxed from her amazing neck and shoulder massages, which form part of the facial. Amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had such a lovely experience at Nude London. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, as well as an eyelash tint, and I'm so pleased with the results. Everything was done with great attention to detail, and my brows have never looked better. Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment. The clinic is really high end and very clean and relaxing. I’ve had lots of different skin concerns and needed to fine tune my skin routine as well as addressing some of my aging worries. The consult was so worth it, really thorough and now I have a simplified routine for morning and evening and my skin has never looked better. All my treatments weren’t painful at all and I was worried about this but it was absolutely fine. She is very approachable and was easy to book appointments. I’ll be back for a glow up before Christmas for certain!

Dr Niarah was lovely and kind throughout the appointment. She was very thorough with explaining everything about my treatment and the process and introducing me to other treatments I was interested in exploring at a later stage. The rooms were stunning, warm and clean. Will be going back for additional treatments. Such a lovely experience :)

We had the most wonderful experience at the intercontinental spa for my sister in law’s hen do. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the day feel truly special. We each enjoyed 3 treatments each, and every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. They were also so accommodating in helping us celebrate by allowing us to bring a cake, presents and a few small decorations. A very special thank you to Dawn and all the expert therapists for a truly memorable day. We will be back!

Daryl was super knowledgeable, not only walking through the procedure exactly but taking a holistic approach to skincare and treatments as part of the process. While he recommends products and treatments, there is no pressure to purchase. As a registered nurse, you feel you are in safe hands. Highly recommend!

It was a nice experience. Sara was kind, calm and suggested treatments that will work and explained why some treatments will not work. I also had HIFU treatment. The results were visible immediately. I’ll come back to get some other treatments done.
