I went to KAW Lab for a facial and wood therapy treatment and I couldn’t ever go elsewhere now! It was my first time having wood therapy, Kim took me through the process and the treatment was excellent, she has magic hands - the results speak for themselves after just one session! Annie done my facial and it was such a relaxing experience! My skin was going through a bad patch but the facial left me glowing and my skin completely cleared up in the days after! Thank you ladies, you both made me feel so comfortable, I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again xx

The best haircut of my life. Absolutely brilliant. The salon itself is 5-star in terms of cleanliness, modern equipment, and an extremely high level of customer service. I had my haircut done by Svetlana Liuba, who is the most professional hairstylist I have ever met in London.

Anna really is brilliant! Very knowledgable, attentive, and friendly and she really makes you feel at home. I love that the session isn't just about having a facial, or advanced treament, but is also about what's going on below the surface of the skin, and going through my lifestyle as well as my skincare routine and making any changes that might be needed. A few days after my treatment Anna also sent me a follow up email with some links to things we had spoken about, which was really helpful. Thank you Anna! I had the most wonderful microneedling experience and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. My skin is glowing, smoother and more radiant than ever, and I had absolutely no issues or downtime after the treatment. The level of care, professionalism and expertise was outstanding and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotless and beautiful, and the location is super convenient to reach by tube. Truly a 5-star experience!

Elvira has been amazing. I’ve had several treatments with her, including a chemical peel, microneedling, and eyebrow shaping, and every experience has been exceptional. She always provides thorough aftercare instructions as well as personalised skincare advice. Anna’s facials have been amazing in addressing my rosacea skin, which can also be sensitive. I leave with gorgeous, glowing skin that feels healthier and I also feel so relaxed from her amazing neck and shoulder massages, which form part of the facial. Amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Victoria. I came for a deep facial cleansing, Endospheres therapy, and the STYX body wrap, and I’m truly impressed with the results. The deep cleansing facial left my skin feeling incredibly fresh, clean, and glowing. Victoria was very gentle and professional, explaining each step and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. The Endospheres treatment was amazing. It’s a very effective procedure for improving circulation and skin texture. The STYX body wrap was also fantastic. It felt very relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt smoother, firmer.

I took my teenage daughter to this salon for a facial, and we had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and made her feel comfortable throughout. I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type.
