Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Erin was first recommended to me by my talk therapist. I have been dealing with some achilles tendinopathy and was exhausting all my resources (massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, PT). From the very first meeting, Erin is the most present and grounded person I've met. She has given me invaluable advice about aligning with my center or midline and walking mindfully, etc. But most impressively, on our third session, Erin worked with me on some somatic release therapy. This was perhaps the most groundbreaking therapy I've had to date. I highly recommend Erin. She is wise beyond her years.

I visited Hygge Corner & Everlong Flotation Therapy for my first ever float today and it exceeded every expectation. The environment is immaculate, beautifully designed and instantly soothing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process effortless. The flotation session itself was incredibly restorative — a deep, peaceful relaxation that I’ve never experienced before. I came out feeling rebalanced both mentally and physically. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

The staff are so welcoming at A1 colon hydrotherapy. They make you feel so comfortable. I feel so good physically and mentally after a colonic. Highly recommend A1 colon hydrotherapy.

After going through Covid-19 for 2 weeks my body and mind felt drained so I had a session cranialsacral therapy with Crystal and it’s made me feel so much better. I often book in for pick me ups when I’m feeling physically or mentally tired and it does a world of wonder, I highly recommend this service to everyone!

I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Meesa has helped me out physically, by providing acupuncture, suction cup therapy and occasional massage. She helps to realign my spiritual being with my mind. She helps to recenter essence to my body. She provides counselling and offering advice and a different perspective to aid in reaching a decision. Meesa is an intelligent, resourceful person who is there to help, but is never insistent, allowing you to make your own choices of action.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. I heard really good things about red light therapy so took the plunge, I have early arthritis in both my hips and after my 5 sessions there is a definite improvement, Zed and all his staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly creating a beautiful environment.
