Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

Tiffany is the best I’ve found for deep tissue massage and releasing the tension in my muscles. Since being in a car accident almost two years ago, I’ve been to three chiropractors, physical therapy, and another massage therapist, and I’ve had dry needling and trigger point therapy many times. Some of these practitioners helped my muscle tension, but the relief was short term, and I didn’t feel like I was making a lot of progress overall. After the first visit with Tiffany, I could feel a difference, and I have been improving with each visit.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Sehr gute Erfahrung. Lars ist ein einfühlsamer Therapeut der sein Handwerk beherrscht. Schon bei der ersten Behandlung hat er sehr viele Schmerzpunkte gefunden, die teilweise zwar sehr weh Taten, aber nach der Behandlung ging es mir wesentlich besser. Ich war entspannter und meine Haltung war aufrechter. Freue mich schon auf die nächste Behandlung.

I've been seeing him alongside my post-car accident physio, and he's been brilliant. He really knows his stuff and always explains clearly what's happening and why, which has made a huge difference to my recovery. Every session helps me feel lighter and move better, and he's played a big part in getting me back to strength training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective sports masseuse.

Excellent! What an experience. I totally loved the leg compression therapy - I felt great when I walked out. As for the Non-invasive face lift my skin felt silky smooth and fine wrinkles look lighter. Can't wait to see how my skin looks in a few days time.

I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

Absolutely amazing Depp tissue massage! I feel incredible after my treatment. The therapist June was highly skilled, professional, and knew exactly where to relieve the tension in my muscles. From the moment I walked in I could feel myself relaxing and having a beautiful space to leave all my stresses and worries on the other side of the door. Gail took time to understand what I needed from my treatment and understanding me, my life and chaos! The treatment itself was fabulous. Gail continued to take time with each step, talked about what was coming next and why, and the Temple Spa products smelt and felt devine. Gail herself is trained in talking therapy so you get that added bonus if you want. Gail you are a beautiful soul and a fabulous therapist. Can't wait for my treatment 💞
